Megyn Kelly Obliterates the Latest Left-Wing Lie About Charlie Kirk

Democrats keep trying to smear Charlie Kirk’s memory.

That’s because leftists are trying to distract from the fact that one of their own murdered Kirk.

And Megyn Kelly raged after hearing this lie about Charlie Kirk.

As Great American Digest reports:

Turning Point USA is continuing on with Charlie Kirk’s scheduled campus tour stops.

The group doesn’t want leftwing terrorists to think bullets and murder can silence their right to free speech.

Kelly and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin took Kirk’s place for a Turning Point event at Virginia Tech University.

During the event, Kelly encountered the last iteration of the left’s attempt to gaslight around Kirk’s assassination.

From the moment a left-wing terrorist gunned down Kirk, liberals like Jimmy Kimmel tried to warp reality by inventing a deranged conspiracy theory that Kirk’s killer was MAGA.

Kelly’s questioner took this lunatic hoax to the next level by claiming President Trump was to blame for Kirk’s murder because of his rhetoric.

“I want to know why you support a president who contributes to the rhetoric that got your friend Charlie killed,” the student shrieked. “You saw his rally recently, he said, ‘I hate my enemies.’ Stephen Miller said similar things. How can you support him when he contributed to what got Charlie killed?

“What you said is not true,” Kelly responded.

Kelly called the premise of the left’s question, that Trump incited the violence that led to Kirk’s murder, “a lie.”

“First of all, let me take on the first premise of your question, that it was President Trump’s rhetoric that led to an assassin killing our friend Charlie Kirk. That’s a blatant lie,” Kelly added.

Kelly explained that law enforcement, the Governor of Utah, and the assassin’s mother all stated for the record that Kirk’s killer was a left-wing ideologue who supported the transgender agenda.

“Well, then you have no point. Then your point is utterly empty. Contributing to the atmosphere? No, let’s just make clear. Let’s just make clear. This guy was motivated by leftist ideology. We know it from the bullet casings, we know it from the Utah governor, we know it from his own mother. Yes, we do! Let’s be really clear on that,” Kelly added.

But the student was undeterred and claimed Trump’s comments at Kirk’s memorial, where he joked about wanting the worst for his enemies, were fueling political violence in America.

Kelly clapped back, telling the crowd that Trump made that comment jokingly in service of making a point.

“The president of the United States has not incited violence against liberals. The president of the United States made a joke at the Charlie Kirk memorial which was funny and self-deprecating,” Kelly continued.

Trump, Kelly went on to say, joked about wanting the worst for his enemies as a way to praise Kirk’s widow, Erika, for her powerful comments about living her Christian beliefs and forgiving the terrorist who murdered her husband,

“It was on the heels of Erika Kirk saying she, in an extraordinary moment, forgave her husband’s killer. Let me finish. And then President Trump got up and, making a joke, playing off what Erika said, he said, “We disagree. I need to do better, Erika’s going to try to convince me, but I’m in a different place,” and that’s completely normal for a politician to be thinking about his political fights. And by the way, Trump has every right to loathe his enemies. They tried to put him in jail for the rest of his life,” Kelly concluded.
