And Joe Biden just admitted something about Trump that no one thought was possible.

Trump Secures Peace Deal Between Israel and Hamas
Donald Trump has accomplished what is perhaps the single greatest success of his entire tenure as President, dating back to 2017, by getting Israel and Hamas to agree to a peace deal.
In doing so, he saved countless lives of both Israelis and Palestinians and hopefully brought some stability to a region that urgently needs it.
As much as many Democrats despise Trump, it is hard to criticize him for that.
His success in negotiating this deal has won him praise from some people who wouldn’t otherwise be expected to talk well of him.
Some people who have been longtime foes of Trump have had shockingly good things to say.
One of them is Joe Biden, who famously beat Trump in 2020 and was planning to run against him again in 2024 before dropping out.
Biden has had no love lost for Trump, but as he deals with advanced-stage cancer, perhaps he’s turning over a new leaf.
Joe Biden Praises Trump for His Accomplishment
According to The Hill, “Former President Biden on Monday lauded President Trump’s recent peace effort for Israel’s war in Gaza after all 20 living Israeli hostages were returned by Hamas.”
Here is part of what Biden said: “I am deeply grateful and relieved that this day has come – for the last living 20 hostages who have been through unimaginable hell and are finally reunited with their families and loved ones, and for the civilians in Gaza who have experienced immeasurable loss and will finally get the chance to rebuild their lives.”
Biden was expressing the thoughts of countless Americans with what he said.
Even people who don’t like Trump have admitted that he did an extraordinarily good job with this negotiation.
Biden continued, “The road to this deal was not easy. My Administration worked relentlessly to bring hostages home, get relief to Palestinian civilians, and end the war. I commend President Trump and his team for their work to get a renewed ceasefire deal over the finish line.”
“Now, with the backing of the United States and the world, the Middle East is on a path to peace that I hope endures and a future for Israelis and Palestinians alike with equal measures of peace, dignity, and safety.”
There is no guarantee that this fragile peace will last, but Trump has helped the two sides take a massive step towards something that seemed unthinkable in the very recent past.
He brought his dealmaking skills to the table and used them in the service of peace, saving the lives of Israeli and Palestinian men and women, elderly and children alike.
This is something he simply has to be praised for.
Criticizing Trump for his more controversial policies is fair game, but when he saves the lives of millions of people, even Joe Biden has to admit that he did a great job.
