Donald Trump Claims He Doesn’t Think He Is Going to Heaven

Donald Trump believes God saved him from an assassin’s bullet.

But no one was prepared for what came next.

And Donald Trump made a shocking admission about if he’s going to heaven.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

President Trump cut the deal that no one thought was possible.

Trump negotiated a ceasefire to end the war in Gaza and free the remaining Israeli hostages held by Hamas.

President Trump flew to the Middle East to speak before the Israeli Knesset and attend a ceremony in Egypt to sign the peace deal.

On the flight aboard Air Force One, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked President Trump about his belief that ending the wars in Ukraine and Gaza would help him enter heaven after he passes.

“You talked about how you hoped to end the war in Ukraine because it might help you get into heaven. How does this help? Does this help?” Doocy wondered.

President Trump didn’t answer like anyone expected.

Trump told Doocy he didn’t think there was anything he could go to reach heaven, but that he was still trying to work for the betterment of humanity anyway,

“I mean, you know, I’m being a little cute. I don’t think there’s anything [that’s] going to get me in Heaven, okay?” Trump stated.. “I really don’t. I think I’m not maybe Heaven-bound. I may be in heaven right now as we fly Air Force One. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to make heaven, but I’ve made life a lot better for a lot of people.”

Popular podcaster Patrick Bet David told Fox News’ Jesse Watters that Trump’s efforts to broker peace would serve as an express ticket into heaven when the time came.

“The man upstairs is going to say, “Donald Trump, let’s make some big deals.” He might be brokering deals up there someday when he’s no longer here with us — in heaven,” Bet David stated.

Trump’s comments also reignited a debate over whether grace alone or grace plus works led to salvation.

Many Christians believe accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior is what is required to enter heaven.

Romans 10:9 states, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Other Christians believe grace alone isn’t enough and that you need to combine a belief in Jesus with living out His word.

They cite Matthew 7:21, where Jesus concludes his Sermon on the Mount by warning that “not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
