J.D. Vance embraced his role as Donald Trump’s running mate. Trump picked Vance for this reason. And J.D. Vance dropped a truth bomb that hit Kamala Harris like a ton of bricks. As Great American Daily reports: NBC’s Kristen Welker is one of the many members of the media assuming the role of communications staffer for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign. Welker tried to challenge Vance on Vance’s contention that there are 25 million illegal aliens in the country which led Vance to tell Welker that no matter the number of illegal aliens in America, it was too high and that Kamala Harris as border czar imported millions more. Vance declared, “I think there are reasons to think that DHS is underestimating. Whatever the real number is, it’s way too high, right? It’s millions upon millions of illegal immigrants that have come in just since Kamala Harris became the border czar a few years ago. The first thing –” Welker cut Vance off to run with the Kamala Harris campaign line that she wasn’t the border czar. “She was put in charge of the root causes of migration. Go ahead,” Welker stated. Vance turned that line around on Welker saying that Kamala Harris only had to look in the mirror to find the root cause of illegal immigration as she was the border czar and failed to secure the border. “Well, the root causes of migration, I would say, Kristen, is that Kamala Harris refuses to do her job as border czar. And let’s just start there. I want to answer your question, but I think it’s important to sort of sequence this the right way. So if you want to get control of the illegal immigration problem, you have to stop the bleeding,” Vance explained. Vance told Welker that solving the border crisis was simple: undo all the open borders executive orders and policies put in place by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. “You have to stop so many people from coming here illegally in the first place. And that means undoing everything that Kamala Harris did, practically on day one of the administration. You have to reimpose deportations, you have to stop catch and release, stop granting asylum to every single person who comes in here and says that they need asylum, and stop granting mass parole. These policies are why we have the immigration crisis that we have. So I think focus on fixing the problem. Before we even fix the problem we have to stop the problem from getting worse,” Vance concluded.
