This is the Democrat Party’s nightmare scenario. The film doesn’t lie. And Alvin Bragg had a bad day after what this hidden camera caught on tape. As Great American Digest reports: Nick Biase is the chief of public affairs for the Southern District of New York. That means he’s a Biden loyalist through and through. But when Biase feels comfortable to speak freely, he lets his guard down and tells the truth. Conservative podcast host Steven Crowder debuted hidden camera footage with Biase out at a restaurant where he admitted Alvin Bragg’s falsification of business records case against Trump was a politically motivated sham just so Democrats could smear Trump as a convicted felon during the campaign. Biase explained that Bragg goosed the case against Trump by taking one supposed “crime” – how the Trump Organization entered the payments to Michael Cohen in the company ledger – and chopped it up into 34 different felonies by making each payment to Cohen criminal. “He [Alvin Bragg] was just stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case,” Biase stated. Biase spoke for much of the legal community when he admitted “I think the case is nonsense,” and that “it’s a perversion of justice.” But Biase didn’t stop there. “It’s a travesty of justice,” Biase declared, adding that “it’s a mockery of justice.” “The whole thing is disgusting,” Biase added. Biase knows that Bragg brought what was a misdemeanor case – where the statute of limitations expired – and turned it into the 34 felonies by claiming Trump committed another misdemeanor where the statute of limitations also expired by trying to allegedly unlawfully influence an election in New York. Bragg claimed Trump marking payments to Cohen for legal services in 2017 and 2018 was a violation of federal campaign finance law – which he had no authority to enforce – and that these entries in the company checkbook amounted to a criminal conspiracy to steal the 2016 election. Biase knows these are made-up crimes. He also knows the public can tell this as well which is why he admitted the lawfare against Donald Trump backfired on Democrats. “That’s why he’s [Trump] surging in the polls,” Biase stated. With Judge Juan Merchan delaying Trump’s sentencing in the Bragg show trial until after the election, it means Democrats officially got the worst of all worlds. Donald Trump won’t spend the campaign in a courtroom or in prison and the cases against him only served to bolster his support.
