Tim Walz keeps running into scandal.
Many are wondering if Kamala Harris actually vetted Walz before picking him as her running mate.
And Megyn Kelly uncovered a disturbing fact about Tim Walz that he will never recover from.
Right after Kamala Harris named Walz as her Vice Presidential nominee, J.D. Vance blasted Walz for stolen valor
Vance called out Walz for falsely claiming he had deployed for combat.
Video after video emerged of Walz refusing to correct interviewers and Nancy Pelosi when the described him as a combat veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
Walz retired in June 2005 from the Minnesota National Guard one month before his unit was scheduled to deploy to Iraq.
And Walz also lied by claiming he retired with the rank of Commander Sergeant Major.
Megyn Kelly interviewed several of the veterans who served with Walz.
None had anything good to say and called Walz a fraud for quitting on his battalion right before they went off to war.
“He’s a military impersonator,” one of the veterans declared.
Other members of the Minnesota National Guard called into question Walz’s leadership qualities since he abandoned his troops before battle.
“I don’t understand how he could do it morally. He has absolutely no integrity,” the second guardsman stated.
A third veteran blasted Walz as a “habitual liar” and told Kelly that, “He lies about everything. He lies about stuff that doesn’t even make sense.”
Walz tried to claim he made the decision to retire and run for Congress early in 2005.
But Walz’s superior officer told CNN the battalion knew it would deploy to Iraq late in 2004.
Another veteran who served with Walz confirmed that story, informing Kelly that it was common knowledge that Walz retired rather than lead his troops into combat.
“The word went all across the state that he had quit. Who the hell does that? Just, unbelievable that a CSM abandoned his troops, 500 soldiers, and a thousand parents out there who expect that person to lead them into combat,” the veteran stated.
One of the members of the unit ripped Walz as a “coward.”
“Walz has made the wrong decision,” the guardsman exclaimed. “He’s not brave. I call him a coward because he is.”
“Fear is a reaction, bravery is a decision. Walz has made the wrong decision. He’s not brave. I call him a coward, because he is. He took the easy path…”
