Ilhan Omar walked into Congress promising to be President Trump’s worst nightmare.
Trump turned the tables on her.
And Donald Trump made one bold demand that made Ilhan Omar’s head spin.
As per Conservative Reboot reports:
Omar told a crowd, “Somalia is our home. It is our heart. We will always think about Somalia.”
That was enough for Trump, who declared it was time for Omar to return to her homeland.
“She should go back!” Trump posted.
Trump made similar comments in September slamming Omar as an ingrate who didn’t appreciate the life of prosperity, privilege and power America afforded her.
“I love these people that come from a place with nothing — with nothing, no anything — and then they tell us how to run our country… She should be impeached and it should happen fast. What she says is out of line!” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One.
Omar responded by calling Trump delusional.
Trump rekindled an old feud from his first term.
Back in 2019, the media jumped down Trump’s throat and smeared him as a racist for posting that Omar and her fellow squad members should leave America if they were going to continually be so critical.
“So interesting to see ‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run,” Trump posted on X.
Trump likes to position Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Rashida Tlaib to be the main faces of the Democratic Party.
That’s because Trump knows their socialist agenda is unpopular with the broader public and that every time Trump attacks Omar and her allies, the left will close ranks and begin shouting “racist,” which only serves to elevate the debate Trump wants to have about Omar and the squad running the Democrat Party.
