The defining domestic political fight of President Trump’s first ten months in office has been the campaign by rogue leftwing judges to subvert the Constitution to thwart Trump’s agenda.
Outlaw magistrates have declared themselves the Supreme Commander of the armed forces to block President Trump’s deployment of the National Guard into lawless Democrat-run cities or to negate deals Trump struck with countries like El Salvador to accept deported terrorist illegal aliens.
Other judges seized the tyrannical power to usurp Congress’s power of the purse.
One leftist judge tried to force President Trump to fund Planned Parenthood after the Big Beautiful Bill defunded the abortion giant.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch spoke at the Federalist Society conference and told the crowd of conservative lawyers, clerks, and justices that the left’s scheme to weaponize the judiciary to overturn the results of the 2024 election was “bat**** crazy.”
“What happened the past four years within the United States Department of Justice, I’m going to say a Latin term: bat**** crazy,” Blanche declared.
Blanche stated that the leftist judges pumping out an assembly line of orders blocking Trump agenda items weren’t really judges in the traditional sense, but partisan activists abusing their position to veto the agenda Americans voted for.
The Deputy Attorney General then said the administration viewed this as “war” against a rogue, out of control judiciary.
“They have a robe on but they are more political or certainly as political as the most liberal governor or D.A. … There’s a group of judges that are repeat players, and that’s obviously not by happenstance, that’s intentional, and it’s a war, man,” Blanche added.
Blanche pointed out that the goal was to run out the clock on the Trump administration with the knowledge that the wheels of justice turn slowly in the hopes a Democrat will win in 2028 and reverse all of Trump’s initiatives.
“It’s happening over and over and over again. … The system is not set up for efficiency when it comes to rogue activist judges. So, we lose days, we lose weeks, months, sometimes because of this, and that’s why activist groups do what they do,” Blanche continued.
An example partisan and weaponized judiciary was right under Trump’s nose.
Democrat prosecutors and federal judges in Virginia are actively interfering to block an investigation into a leftwing activist who allegedly doxed White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and his wife Katie.
The issue began when, in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, a Northern Virginia woman allegedly began posting flyers with Miller’s address warning that Miller and is wife were moving into the neighborhood.
Publicizing someone’s address with the intention to threaten them violates state and federal law.
A Soros-prosecutor in Virginia then began filing motions to block n FBI search warrant for the woman’s phone.
Then a federal judge who donated to both Barack Obama and Joe Biden then blocked the search warrant.
Democrat grand juries in Washington, D.C., regularly nullify criminal charges against leftist agitators who attack ICE officers.
The justice system in America functioned because it operated fairly regardless of party or politics.
Democrats trashed that notion over their refusal to accept that Donald Trump is the legitimate President of the United States.
