Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wanted to take one last parting shot at President Trump.
That turned out to be a bad idea.
And Nancy Pelosi spoke one sentence that she instantly lived to regret.

That’s because Nancy Pelosi said eight words that left Trump with only one brutal response.
Ever since Republicans won back control of the House of Representatives in the 2022 election, the countdown clock was on for Nancy Pelosi’s retirement.
85-year-old Nancy Pelosi is finally calling it quits after 20 terms in Congress.
“I will not be seeking reelection to Congress,” Pelosi said in a video posted to social media announcing her retirement.

Pelosi was the actual leader of the Democratic Party since 2002, when she assumed the position of House Minority Leader.
In 2007 and 2019, Pelosi then ascended to the position of Speaker of the House, where she rammed through Obamacare, the TARP bailout, the Green New Deal, and Joe Biden’s gun grab, among other socialist schemes.
Pelosi also saw an explosion in her network while holding the Speaker’s gavel.
In her first tenure as Speaker, Pelosi’s wealth exploded from $31.4 million in 2008 to $101.1 million in 2010.
And Pelosi’s personal fortune skyrocketed from $106 million in 2019 to $171.4 million in 2021.
But Pelosi’s signature legacy will be her failed effort to impeach and indict President Trump.
Pelosi led the Ukraine and January 6 impeachment hoaxes, both of which ended in vindication for Trump.
The January witch hunt was Pelosi’s attempt to fabricate criminal charges against Trump.
That lawless prosecution collapsed after two Supreme Court rulings in Trump’s favor.
Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked President Trump for his response to Pelosi’s retirement.
Trump delighted in the news slamming Pelosi as “corrupt” and “evil” for her schemes to overturn the results of the 2016 election and ban him from running again in 2024.
“The retirement of Nancy Pelosi is a great thing for America. She was evil, corrupt, and only focused on bad things for our country. She was rapidly losing control of her party, and it was never coming back. I’m very honored she impeached me twice and failed miserably twice. Nancy Pelosi is a highly overrated politician,” Trump stated.
Pelosi’s retirement was rumored for years.
News leaked that she was waiting for the 2025 elections to pass to make it official.
That turned out to be true.
