Supreme Court Deals Defeat To Woke Ideology

Kamala Harris knows she has a problem.

But there is nothing she can do about it.

And the Supreme Court destroyed Kamala Harris with this landmark ruling.

The Supreme Court denied the Biden-Harris administration’s demand to vacate the rulings in the Fifth and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals blocking new Title IX rules to override reforms Donald Trump put in place to keep biological men out of women’s sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms while also adding protections to prevent kangaroo courts on college campuses from targeting male students in sexual assault adjudication processes that didn’t afford them due process of law.

The court unanimously rejected the request to stay the injunctions put in place by the Fifth and Sixth circuits.

But ruled 5-4 to block the administration for implementing technical aspects of Title IX unrelated to transgenderism.

“On this limited record and in its emergency applications, the Government has not provided this Court a sufficient basis to disturb the lower courts’ interim conclusions that the three provisions found likely to be unlawful are intertwined with and affect other provisions of the rule,” the unsigned order went.

One note of concern for conservatives was that Justice Neil Gorsuch joined the court’s three liberals in wanting to allow Biden and Harris to let some aspects of this assault on freedom of association, common sense, and due process to proceed.

“By blocking the Government from enforcing scores of regulations that respondents never challenged and that bear no apparent relationship to respondents’ alleged injuries, the lower courts went beyond their authority to remedy the discrete harms alleged here,” Justice Sonya Sotomayor wrote in the minority opinion.

Nevertheless, conservatives celebrated with University of Kentucky swimmer – and advocate against protecting women’s sports – Riley Gaines.

“BREAKING: In a 5-4 decision, SCOTUS has struck down the Biden-Harris administration’s rewrite of Title IX, which would have allowed men in women’s sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, dorms, and compelled speech,” Gaines wrote on X.

“HUGE win. Onward!” Gaines added.

Some conservatives also saw how fragile the majority was.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito are the two older justices on the Supreme Court.

Whoever wins this election may very well appoint their replacements.

Democrats are relishing in the thought that a Harris win could mean a new 5-4 liberal majority that will hand down rulings and strike down laws in red states that currently ban biological males from playing in women’s sports and ban transgender surgeries for minors.
