One Damning Photo Just Turned This Pro-Trump Congressman’s Life Upside Down

Washington is in turmoil.

The accusations are as ugly as they come.

And one damning photo just turned this pro-Trump Congressman’s life upside down.

As Conservative Reboot reports:

The Daily Mail reviewed photographs, court documents, and an apology letter stemming from Ohio Republican Congressman Max Miller’s divorce from Emily Moreno, daughter of Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno, after Emily accused Miller of physical abuse.

Emily is seeking a new custody agreement with Moreno over their two-year-old daughter.

Emily alleged that Miller bruised her after an incident at their home involving custody over their daughter.

“The most recent attack came on February 1 of this year when Miller allegedly grabbed and struck Emily, 32, during a custody exchange at his Ohio home, leaving bruises on her arm, elbow, and torso as the couple’s two-year-old daughter Ruth looked on,” the Daily Mail reported.

Miller allegedly put his hands on Emily and left her bruised on her upper body.

“According to court documents referencing the incident reviewed by the Daily Mail and three separate sources, Emily arrived to pick up their daughter, Ruth, when an argument broke out. The exact nature of the argument is unclear.

“The confrontation escalated when Miller allegedly grabbed and hit Emily, causing bruising to her right arm, elbow, and torso in front of Ruth,” the Daily Mail reported.

The Daily Mail then posted photos from Emily purportedly showing the bruises she claimed to have received.

This was the second time Emily accused Miller of abusing her, with the court documents showing Emily alleged Miller threw a pot of boiling water at her the previous June.

“An earlier incident on June 9, 2024, involved the Congressman allegedly hurling a pot of boiling water at Emily during an argument inside their Ohio home, with some of the water striking her chest, while their then eight-month-old daughter was present, multiple sources with direct knowledge said,” the Daily Mail reported.

The Daily Mail then published an excerpt from an apology letter Miller allegedly sent to Emily and Senator Moreno.

“’I don’t know what to do. I do know you love me, protect me, and care for me. I failed to do that for you,’ Miller allegedly wrote. “I’m sorry, and I just want to close my eyes and wake up and everything to be normal,” the letter read.

Miller denied the allegations in a post on social media.

“Once again, the media refuses to tell the truth. Let me be clear. The recent article by the @dailymail is nothing but lies. My team gave you everything you needed to refute these claims, but instead, @nieto_phillip and the @Daily_MailUS are stenographers for someone who truly needs help,” Miller wrote on X.

The story then took an even uglier turn when Miller addressed Senator Moreno directly and accused the Senator of funding Emily’s attacks on him and accused Moreno of being a poor father and grandfather.

“It is unfortunate that @berniemoreno continues to fund and enable his daughter’s malicious campaign to ruin my life despite his knowledge of her mental health issues. Bernie, this must be distracting from your job. These antics harm your own grandchild. Anytime you want to put a stop to this, you can,” Miller wrote on social media.
