Kayleigh McEnany Calls for Primary Challengers to J.D. Vance in 2028

President Trump tapping J.D. Vance as his running mate signaled who Trump wanted to one day succeed him in leading the MAGA movement.

Some Republicans have other ideas.

One was Kayleigh McEnany, who blindsided J.D. Vance with this 2028 betrayal.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Polls show Vice President Vance is the runaway favorite for the 2028 Presidential Election.

Erika Kirk just announced that Turning Point USA was endorsing Vance.

“We are going to get my husband’s friend JD Vance elected for 48 in the most resounding way possible,” Erika Kirk declared at the group’s AmFest conference.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Vanity Fair that he plans to endorse Vance if Vance runs for President.

“If JD Vance runs for president, he’s going to be our nominee, and I’ll be one of the first people to support him,” Rubio stated.

Even President Trump has hinted he plans to endorse a Vance-Rubio ticket in 2028.

“There is clearly Vance, and Marco is also excellent. I don’t know who will run against them. If they form a team, they will be unstoppable,” Trump remarked.

But Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany spoke for the Never Trump establishment when she told Martha MacCallum that she wanted a “competitive primary” in 2028

McEnany even outrageously compared Republicans Vance facing token primary opposition to Democrats coronating Kamala Harris without a single vote being cast after Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 race.

“I think it’s very important that the Republican party has a competitive primary,” she said. “It makes you tougher. We see how much weaker, in my opinion, the left was by not having a primary [in 2024],” McEnany stated.

Joe Biden only picked Kamala in 2020 because she was a black woman.

Kamala failed in her Vice Presidential duties.

Trump selected Vance to help win over Rust Belt voters.

The Trump-Vance ticket swept Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Over the last year, Vance aced every test, helping push the Big Beautiful Bill through Congress and wrangling wary RINOs into voting for Trump’s cabinet nominees that the swamp opposed.

McEnany’s call for a competitive primary in 2028 is really her speaking on behalf of big donors and her boss, Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch.

Murdoch pressured Trump not to put Vance on the ticket.

That’s because Murdoch and other big donors oppose Vance’s opposition to foreign wars in Ukraine and Gaza.

Vance believes in putting America first.

Murdoch and other big GOP donors are globalists who want endless wars abroad, so-called “free” trade deals that ship American jobs overseas, and open borders so they can import cheap foreign labor.

McEnany’s comments serve as a preview that Fox News will line behind a more Bush-friendly Republican like Ted Cruz or Mike Pence to oppose Vance in the 2028 GOP primary.
