Biden left Americans mouth’s agape with his delusional ranting about how he could have defeated Donald Trump.
“It’s presumptuous to say that, but I think yes,” Biden said in response to a question about whether he believed he could have defeated Donald Trump had he stuck it out in the face of Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama’s pressure campaign to force him off the ticket following his disastrous debate performance.
Despite the American people seeing once and for all that he was senile beyond all hope, Biden insisted he was still the best Democrat to take on Donald Trump.
“When Trump was running again for re-election, I really thought I had the best chance of beating him,” Biden added.
But polls taken when Biden dropped out of the race showed him losing not just every battleground state — Biden was also behind in solid blue states like Virginia, New Hampshire, and even New Jersey.
The private polling was even worse with Pod Save America co-host Jon Favreau revealing the Biden campaign’s own polling data showed Donald Trump thrashing Joe Biden and winning more than 400 Electoral College votes.
“Then we find out when the Biden campaign becomes the Harris campaign, that the Biden campaign’s own internal polling at the time when they were telling us he was the strongest candidate, showed that Donald Trump was going to win 400 electoral votes,” Favreau declared.
What was even more revealing though were Biden’s comments about what would have happened had he actually won.
Biden admitted his re-election campaign was a sham and that old age and cognitive decline would have forced him to resign as President by 2026.
“But I also wasn’t looking to be president when I was 85 years old, 86 years old. And so I did talk about passing the baton,” Biden told USA Today.
“But I don’t know. Who the hell knows?” Biden concluded.
Even Democrats knew Biden was completely senile.
Polls showed as many as 70 percent of Democrats wanted a different nominee.
Americans also understood the reality that Biden’s re-election campaign was a con.
No one believed Biden could serve as President until he was 86.
And one huge reason Donald Trump held such decisive leads over Biden is because Americans knew in their gut that Biden’s re-election bid was a bait-and-switch where a vote for Biden was really a vote to make Kamala Harris President.
