But Joe Biden just proved Donald Trump right.
Joe Biden revealed the awful way Alvin Bragg guaranteed Trump’s defeat.
Donald Trump referred to Alvin Bragg’s prosecution of him for fake crimes (that Bragg had to bend the law to invent) as the “Biden trial” since all of Trump’s criminal cases were brought by Democrat prosecutors in an election year.
Joe Biden vindicated Trump with one comment during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania where Biden joked about the fact that he got to travel to the key swing states while Trump was busy elsewhere.

Biden’s comment was part of a strategy by the Democrat Party and the media to make hay out of the fact that Trump couldn’t travel during the week because of his court schedule.
The media boasted about how Democrats held an advantage over Trump thanks to their own prosecutors putting Trump on show trials that kept him off the campaign trail.
“Democrats are hopeful that President Biden’s freedom to hit the campaign trail while former President Trump is stuck in a New York courtroom for weeks, maybe months, gives his reelection campaign a jolt,” The Hill exclusively reported.
Former Obama 2012 campaign manager Jim Messina boasted that Trump’s limited ability to travel to the key swing states would hamper his ability to make up ground in the popular vote that he lost in 2020.
“Trump lost the popular vote twice and has a lot of ground to make up from his 2020 loss. It’s going to be hard to move any swing voters while there’s wall-to-wall coverage of Trump campaigning from a courtroom,” Messina told The Hill.
Even the Biden campaign got in on the act.
“[Biden] is going to travel across Pennsylvania, he’s gonna travel across the country,” Biden campaign communications director Michael Tyler declared during a conference call with reporters. “No matter where Donald Trump is, whether it’s in Mar-a-Lago or a courtroom or anywhere else, he will be focused on himself, his toxic agenda, his campaign of revenge and retribution.”
Trump knew the score and told reporters outside the Manhattan courtroom that he should be barnstorming the battlegrounds, but instead, he’s dealing with a sham case brought on by a sham Democrat prosecutor as part of an election interference scheme.
Trump added that the reason Democrats enlisted prosecutors to file fake cases against him is because everyone in the party knows Joe Biden is too feeble-minded to win the election on his own.
“I should be right now in Pennsylvania, in Florida, in many other states, in North Carolina, Georgia, campaigning. This is all coming from the Biden White House because the guy can’t put two sentences together,” Trump exclaimed.
