Jack Smith filed lawless and unconstitutional criminal charges against Donald Trump as part of the January 6 hoax.
That witch hunt ended with Trump’s victory.
But bombshell new revelations show that had Kamala Harris won the election, Smith may have been preparing to decapitate the entire Republican Party political apparatus as part of a sham seditious conspiracy charge.
Journalist Catherine Herridge reported that the highest levels of the Biden Justice Department and the FBI signed off on a sweeping witch hunt targeting President Trump and the GOP.
“Biden administration AG Garland, his deputy Lisa Monaco, and then Director Christopher Wray physically signed off on FBI probe codenamed ARCTIC FROST,” Herridge wrote on X.
Smith wasn’t just looking into Trump.
Smith issued 197 subpoenas targeting more than 400 prominent Republicans, conservative groups, and financial institutions as part of a dragnet to dismantle the entire Republican opposition to Joe Biden.
Herridge reported the documents included:
“…related to at least 430 named Republican individuals and entities. Some of the records (Special Counsel Jack) Smith subpoenaed from banks, individuals, and businesses included:
- Communications with media companies such as CBS, Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, Sinclair, and others.
- Communications with “any member, employee, or agent of the Legislative Branch of the U.S. Government.”
- Communications with White House advisors, such as Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino, Jared Kushner, Lara Trump, and others.
- Statistical data and analysis relating to donors and fundraising efforts.
- Broad financial data relating to conservative individuals and entities.”
The FBI even accused respected conservative activist Ed Corrigan and the House Freedom Caucus of preparing for civil war by training staffers to oppose Joe Biden’s agenda.

Smith’s witch hunt even included tapping the office phone of Texas Senator Ted Cruz.
Cruz noted that anti-Trump judge James Boasberg, who tried to order Trump to turn planes around in mid-air that were deporting illegal alien terrorists, signed off on this spying and told AT&T they couldn’t inform Cruz of the subpoena because Cruz would destroy evidence.
“Biden’s DOJ never disclosed that they tapped my Senate office phone because Judge Boasberg signed an order that said I’d destroy evidence. That is utterly without basis in fact,” Cruz said at a press conference.
The weaponized Biden Justice Department launched this witch hunt just three days after Donald Trump announced his re-election campaign.
Jack Smith targeted 20 percent of the Republican Senate caucus, the most prominent conservative groups, and fundraisers in America as part of the January 6 hoax.
If Kamala Harris defeated Donald Trump, conservatives believe Smith likely planned to put the entire Republican Party through a rigged show trial in Washington, D.C.’s pro-Democrat kangaroo courts.
