Now that the election is in the books Democrats can tell the truth.
The party is in complete disarray.
And a top Democrat admitted one thing about the 2024 election that took everyone by surprise.

Stephen A. Smith is Regretting His Vote for Kamala Harris
ESPN host Stephen A. Smith has always been a Democrat and has stated that he voted for Kamala Harris in the November election and has routinely voted for other Democrats.
But he has always been vocal about sharing his opinion, even if it contradicts what people want him to say.
He is apparently not happy with the direction that the Democratic Party is heading.
That’s why he used his platform to reveal that he’s had a change of heart about his opposition to Donald Trump.
Smith seems to regret the fact he voted for Kamala Harris less than two months ago for president.
Smith is Open to Voting Republican in the Future
According to the Daily Mail, “ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith has had a change of heart for his political beliefs, stating he regrets voting for Kamala Harris in the Presidential election because of the Democrats’ ‘fear mongering.’”
“Smith has tons of opinions and shares nearly all of them through the several channels he has at his disposal, including a past rebuke of Donald Trump and an endorsement of Harris.”
Smith’s political opinions have always been a bit confusing, as he has bashed Democrats before, but then apparently continues voting for them.
This is the closest he has come, however, to actually switching sides and abandoning Democrats altogether.
Here’s part of what he said: “I voted Democrat, and I got to tell you something right now, I don’t like the fact that I did. I don’t like what I’m seeing.”
“What concerned me about Donald Trump, and the reason I voted against him and voted for Kamala Harris, was because I felt that he would be divisive. That he would create chaos because he demands such a level of loyalty and fealty to him. And that would take priority over governing our nation. That was my concern.”
He then went on to say that he wants a candidate who cares for Americans and not just their own careers.
“If Donald Trump, JD Vance, Byron Donalds, Marco Rubio, or a host of other Republican candidates coming down the pike, that’s the kind of message that they’re going to put forth, I’m down for it.”
Smith may or may not actually switch to the other side and become a Republican, but he seems open to it.
This would be a giant victory for Donald Trump and the GOP, as it could give more celebrities permission to switch over and become Republican.
