Democrats are ruing the day they drove Elon Musk out of the party.
That mistake is coming back to haunt them.
And now Elon Musk has one big plan that will scare the daylights out of Democrats.

Comcast – the parent company of NBC Universal – made major waves when it announced it was spinning off MSNBC and other cable channels into a separate company from NBC, NBC News and NBC Sports.
“Comcast announced Wednesday that it is moving forward with a plan to spin off its NBCUniversal cable TV networks, acknowledging that it will be better off without a business that was once its crown jewel. The company, which last month said it was studying the idea, will separate off entertainment and news channels including MSNBC, CNBC, USA, Oxygen, E!, Syfy and Golf Channel,” the Wall Street Journal reported.
Comcast made this move because average Americans no longer considered there to be any difference between the NBC Nightly News or Meet the Press and Rachel Maddow’s program.
Spinning MSNBC off into a separate company also led to speculation that Comcast would dump MSNBC with the brand dying as viewers tuned out after realizing the network’s hosts and commentators misled them throughout the election by claiming Kamala Harris would crush Donald Trump.
Ratings are down nearly 40 percent since the election and some MSNBC shows don’t even draw 50,000 viewers in the key 25-54 age demographic that networks use to set the rates they charge for commercial slots.
Even MSNBC realized they are in a world of trouble and negotiated a pay cut for Maddow.
Bill O’Reilly predicted that Comcast would be willing to unload MSNBC for a song and a dance.
The prospect of MSNBC hitting the open market led Donald Trump Jr. to joke that Elon Musk should buy MSNBC just like he bought another liberal institution – Twitter.
“Hey @elonmusk I have the funniest idea ever!!!” Trump Jr. wrote on X.
In a series of posts, Musk toyed with the idea of buying MSNBC.
“How much does it cost?” Musk replied to Trump Jr.
“The most entertaining outcome, especially if ironic, is most likely,” Musk wrote in a second post.
Podcaster Joe Rogan even got in on the act telling Musk that if he bought MSNBC, he would take Maddow’s spot and joked that he’d spread the same misinformation.
“If you buy MSNBC I would like Rachael Maddow’s job. I will wear the same outfit and glasses, and I will tell the same lies,” Rogan wrote.
MSNBC – as well as CNN – are dying brands.
Ratings are in the toilet following Trump’s victory and many experts believe both of their parent companies will end up selling these networks for chump change in the coming years.
