America is currently facing a significant crisis.
But Donald Trump is ready to step in and address it.
The American people will feel a sense of relief following this decision.
As Conservative Reboot reports:
DEI Has Become a Top Priority of Key Government Agencies
Americans have been getting very tired of the “woke” ideology that has led to things like DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) being prioritized by some of the country’s biggest institutions.
But Donald Trump is making it a priority in his upcoming administration to dismantle DEI piece by piece, and make sure that his agencies are focused on the most important things.
This will be very upsetting to many people on the left who are ideologically committed to DEI, but it will be a huge relief for most Americans.
One example of this commitment that Trump has made is the appointment to head up the Federal Communications Commission that he just nominated.
Most Democrats in Congress will likely have a negative reaction to this nomination, but it’ll go a long way towards solving the DEI crisis.
And it seems that the federal government’s disastrous obsession with DEI may finally be on its way out thanks to Trump’s decisions.
Trump’s FCC Nominee Makes it Clear That DEI Will Be Gone
According to Fox News, “President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for chairman of the Federal Communications Commission said early Monday morning that the agency’s focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) will end next year.
“Brendan Carr, who currently serves as the senior Republican member of the FCC, posted a snippet of the agency’s budget request for Fiscal Year 2025 on X, which stated that its second-highest strategic goal is promoting DEI.”
For a major government agency to have DEI as its second-highest goal is inexcusable, considering the important role that an agency like the FCC plays.
These agencies need to return to their original and intended mission, not get sidetracked by an extreme ideology.
The article continues, “The goal would be reached by pursuing ‘focused action and investments’ to eliminate any barriers that ‘perpetuate disadvantaged or underserved individuals and communities,’ the FCC’s FY2025 budget said.”
“The four goals listed after promoting DEI were, empower consumers, enhance public safety and national security, advance America’s global competitiveness and foster operational excellence.”
“Trump announced Carr as his choice for FCC chairman on Sunday, describing him as a ‘warrior for free speech’ and someone who will ‘ensure that the FCC delivers for rural America.’”
Things like national security and operational excellence should be of the utmost importance to a government agency, and it seems that Carr will prioritize those things once he takes over.
The days of an extreme ideology, one that originated on college campuses before escaping out into the world, having a grip on powerful institutions appears to be ending.
This is great news for America, as it will hopefully enable our country’s most important institutions to thrive again, instead of crumbling.
Trump is apparently making it a priority to get DEI out of the federal government, and his appointment to the FCC is a clear example of just how seriously he is taking this mission.
