America now faces a Constitutional crisis due to the judicial tyranny imposed on the country by lawless local district court judges.
The President needs Congress to pass laws to effect change.
The Supreme Court requires a five Justice majority to issue a ruling.
But as it stands now, a single district court judge holds full dictatorial power to force their will on the public through temporary restraining orders since those orders cannot be appealed.
Democrat judges are now issuing nationwide injunctions where they’ve put themselves in charge of military readiness to block a ban on transgender troops, the bureau of prisons by ordering Trump to return biological males to women’s prisons, and foreign affairs.
The latest ruling from Obama District Court Judge James Boasberg usurped the authority of the President to conduct foreign affairs and blocked Trump from deporting terrorist illegal aliens to a prison in El Salvador.
President Trump warned the public that Boasberg and the other members of the cabal of leftwing activists on the bench threatened to overturn America’s entire Constitutional order.
“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country! These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Democrat activists forum shop to find the most compliant leftwing activist judges who then issue temporary restraining orders that effectively overturn the results of the 2024 election.
“Lawyers endlessly search the United States for these Judges, and file lawsuits as quickly as they find them. It is then the obligation of Law abiding Agencies of Government to have these “Orders” overturned,” Trump added.
Trump said these judges are now granting themselves supreme power to make policy in the United States without ever having to put their agenda before the voters.
“The danger is unparalleled! These Judges want to assume the Powers of the Presidency, without having to attain 80 Million Votes. They want all of the advantages with none of the risks. Again, a President has to be allowed to act quickly and decisively about such matters as returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE.,” Trump continued.
Trump said the country faced an existential crisis where these Democrat activists sought to render the President a powerless figurehead ruled by judicial dictators.
“It is our goal to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and such a high aspiration can never be done if Radical and Highly Partisan Judges are allowed to stand in the way of JUSTICE. STOP NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE,” Trump stated.
The Supreme Court could stop all of this by reining in these outlaw judges with a simple ruling that states district court judges don’t have the power to issue nationwide injunctions.
Trump argued it was vital Chief Justice John Roberts and his colleagues take this course of action as quickly as possible.
“If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” Trump concluded.
