House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) cut a deal with Joe Biden and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to lock in the funding for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party’s priorities while hamstringing Donald Trump’s ability to enact the MAGA policies that the American people overwhelmingly voted for.
Johnson’s funding bill extended the funding for the Global Engagement Center – the State Department program that funds the censorship industrial complex that suppresses conservative speech online.
The bill also protected the January 6 Committee members from investigations by allowing Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, and other members of Congress to quash subpoenas for their communication records.
Trump called out this shameful betrayal by Johnson in a post on Truth Social.
“It was political malpractice! Also, the Communist Global Engagement Center, a project of Crooked Hillary Clinton, should not in any way, shape, or form be extended and, the shielding of the very corrupt J6 Unselect Committee of Political Losers and Thugs would be suicidal for any Republican approving it,” Trump wrote.
Trump also called out Johnson and the Democrats for trying to sneak through a Congressional pay increase at a time when the American people were still suffering from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ inflation.
“Likewise, this is not a good time for Congress to be asking for pay increases. Hopefully, you’ll be entitled to such an increase in the near future when we, “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump added.
Trump then threw down the gauntlet to the swamp-aligned RINOs who thought they could get away with voting for a massive government spending bill that cemented the online censorship protocols and protected the political hitmen on the January 6 Committee that Nancy Pelosi commissioned to take down Donald Trump.
“If Republicans try to pass a clean Continuing Resolution without all of the Democrat “bells and whistles” that will be so destructive to our Country, all it will do, after January 20th, is bring the mess of the Debt Limit into the Trump Administration, rather than allowing it to take place in the Biden Administration,” Trump added.
Trump said any RINO who voted for this bill would face a primary challenger – with the implied threat that their primary challenger would come with a Trump endorsement.
“Any Republican that would be so stupid as to do this should, and will, be Primaried. Everything should be done, and fully negotiated, prior to my taking Office on January 20th, 2025,” Trump concluded.
