Democrats and the media now believe it’s OK to attack a special counsel.
That’s because Robert Hur turned in a report that revealed the emperor has no clothes and Joe Biden is a senile old man who is too mentally deficient to stand trial for stealing classified documents.
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone from whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt,” Hur wrote in his report. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
The coordinated pushback began with MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” a show where the co-hosts regularly communicate with Biden and offer advice.
Liberal co-host Joe Scarborough called the report “gratuitous” and “garbage.”
Critics could be forgiven if they thought that looked like the beginning of a messaging campaign from the one TV show where the hosts have a direct line to Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris and White House Counsel’s Office spokesman Ian Sams also used the word “gratuitous” in their attacks on Hur.
“The way that the president’s demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts, and clearly politically motivated, gratuitous,” Harris ranted.
“You’re left to wonder why this report spends time making gratuitous and inappropriate criticisms of President Biden,” Sams said.
It wasn’t so long ago that Democrats believed attacking a special counsel was one step below being an insurrectionist.
When Republicans blasted Robert Mueller for bogging the country down in a years-long sham investigation into the Russia collusion hoax, Nancy Pelosi declared that anyone attacking the special counsel had “no shame” and was “undermining the judicial system.”

Undermining the judicial system is now OK because Democrats worry it won’t matter if one of their kangaroo courts hands down a guilty verdict against Donald Trump because Joe Biden’s own Justice Department declared him mentally incompetent to stand trial which naturally leads Americans to believe Joe Biden is also mentally incompetent to hold the office of the president.
