Alina Habba is used to fighting for President Trump in court.
Now Habba has to defend herself.
And one Democrat wants to drag Alina Habba into court for this terrible reason.
As American Media Watch Dog reports:
Acting United States Attorney Alina Habba announced trespassing charges against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka.
Baraka was among a group of Democrats who forced their way into an ICE detention facility.
Habba also arrested Congresswoman LaMonica McIver on charges of obstructing and assaulting law enforcement.
Baraka – who is running for Governor in the Democratic primary – sued Habba for false arrest.

With one week to go until the primary, Baraka milked this stunt for all it was worth in an appearance on Chris Hayes’ MSNBC show.
In an ultimate irony, Baraka complained that Habba made a public spectacle of his arrest even though he never leveled similar complaints when Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis forced Donald Trump to submit to a mugshot.
“You know, putting out information even before I was, you know, processed that I was a criminal. I did something wrong. I disobeyed the law. I’m not above the law. and ultimately, I didn’t break any law, right, I was cuffed or fingerprinted, took pictures of twice, once there and once in court for a class C misdemeanor, which you send summons to people for, you don’t lock them up and take their fingerprints,” Baraka stated.
Baraka then tried to appeal to the angry left base by ranting about President Trump being a dictator.
“I think what they’ve done is egregious and it’s authoritarian, and it needs to be pushed back against,” Baraka added.
Baraka went on to profess his innocence, telling Hayes that “the reality is, I didn’t break any law. I was asked to leave the property like he said, and guess what I left? There’s a video that shows that I left the property. It’s not even their property. I was allowed on the property by, you know, Geo Group, which is a private organization that owns that property, but they don’t even have a lease on that property. There are no government workers in that building whatsoever. They don’t have any claim to that property, and trespass is a state offense. It’s not a federal offense. These guys need to find out the law before they begin running their mouths about what is right and what is wrong.”
Alina Habba’s response boiled down to ‘bring it on.’
“‘Shocking’ leak from Mayor Baraka’s team: He is planning to sue the Feds. My advice to the mayor – feel free to join me in prioritizing violent crime and public safety. Far better use of time for the great citizens of New Jersey,” Habba wrote on X in response to the lawsuit threat.
