From the second Democrat prosecutors began suing and indicting Donald Trump, Trump blasted the witch hunts and show trials as election interference ordered by Joe Biden.
The liberal media claimed Trump was just spreading disinformation and there was no evidence linking Joe Biden to the indictments and lawsuits Trump was facing at both the state and federal level.
Just as Joe Biden humiliated his allies in the press who swore up and down that Biden wasn’t senile and anyone who said otherwise was spreading disinformation, Biden made a mockery of the media outlets who carried his water by defending him from Trump’s allegations that he weaponized the Justice Department.
But the Washington Post recently reported that Joe Biden’s biggest regret about his Presidency was picking Merrick Garland as his Attorney General.
Biden fumed that Garland didn’t indict Trump quick enough to put Trump in jail before the election which Biden believes would have allowed him to remain in the race.
“In private, Biden has also said he should have picked someone other than Merrick Garland as attorney general, complaining about the Justice Department’s slowness under Garland in prosecuting Trump, and its aggressiveness in prosecuting Biden’s son Hunter, according to people familiar with his comments,” the Washington Post exclusively reported.
Habba – who served as Trump’s legal spokeswoman and accepted a job as White House senior counselor in Trump’s incoming administration – responded to this report in an interview with Fox News host Rachel Campos Duffy.
“Aww. He wasn’t tough enough, was it not tough enough? When we spent three and a half years with indictments, shams and hoaxes with cases, and the man had to go all night to go campaign while other people like Joe Biden were asleep on Rehoboth Beach,” Habba stated.
Habba pointed out that the lawfare backfired as every time a Democrat prosecutor indicted or sued Donald Trump, Trump’s poll numbers went up.
“He had it rough! He had it so rough! But he came out on top because America saw what they did,” Habba continued.
Habba said Garland and Biden will go down in history as two infamous figures who attempted to subvert democracy by enlisting the justice system in a scheme to win an election by jailing their political opponent on sham charges.
“You know Merrick Garland. He should be ashamed of himself, what he did, sending DOJs into New York, into New York, going after my client, going after President Trump and going after America. Rachel, that’s the truth,” Habba declared.
“It wasn’t just about President Trump. It was about our Constitution. It was about the foundation of this country. And they wanted to turn us into a third world country, into a banana republic. And they failed,” Habba concluded.
