Alina Habba had a bad feeling.

It was her nightmare scenario.

And Alina Habba had this frightening warning for Donald Trump.

As SwampDigest reports:

One week after a jury handed down a sham guilty verdict against Donald Trump in a rigged trial based on fake crimes invented by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Judge Juan Merchan delivered a real stunner.

Judge Merchan dispatched a letter to both Bragg’s office and Trump’s lawyers informing them about a comment that had been posted on the New York Court system’s Facebook page the day before the verdict against Trump had been announced.

The person commenting claimed to be a cousin of one of the jurors and said their cousin told them the jury would convict Trump.

“Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System’s Public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user ‘Michael Anderson’ states: ‘My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted. Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!!!’” Merchan’s letter read.

Merchan added, “The comment, now labeled as one week old, responded to a routine UCS notice, posted on May 29, 2024, regarding oral arguments in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division unrelated to this proceeding. The posting, entitled ‘The Appellate Division will hear oral arguments this morning at 10,’ and the comment are both viewable at https://www.facebook.com/NewYorkCourts/.”

The letter caused an understandable uproar considering if the claim was true, it would constitute as juror misconduct and force Merchan to throw out the verdict.

Bragg also wouldn’t be able to try Trump again because of double jeopardy.

But even though Anderson later claimed he was just a “sh!tposter” trying to troll online, his comment is exactly why Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Habba slammed Judge Merchan for not sequestering the jury when he excused them for a week before starting deliberations.

“They should have been sequestered, because, in my opinion, these jurors are handling something that is completely unprecedented and unwarranted in America,” Habba said at the time.

“And for them to be able to be out and about on a holiday weekend with friends and families who have opinions, who are watching the news, TVs in the background at the pool party, I have serious concerns. If they’re left-wing and they’re watching MSDNC, as my client calls it, [MSNBC] or CNN, they’re not going to get fair news,” Habba added.

Had the jury been under sequester, this comment wouldn’t have generated the storm of outrage that it did because no one would have believed some random Facebook comment about the jury being compromised.

An investigation is surely underway and will determine if this was in fact a valid confession of juror misconduct.
