Judge Juan Merchan was one of the most conflicted judges anyone could have picked to run a trial against Donald Trump.
Most of the attention revolved around Merchan’s obvious bias and partisanship.
Merchan donated money to Joe Biden’s campaign in 2020 as well as a group dedicated to stopping Republicans.
But what attracted less attention – and this was due in large part to Judge Merchan imposing an unconstitutional gag order on Trump, his lawyers, and his campaign – was how Merchan’s daughter monetized the Trump trial for profit.
Merchan’s daughter runs the political consulting firm Authentic Campaigns.
Authentic Campaigns works with Democrats like Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff while helping to raise nearly $100 million dollars.
Schiff brought that conflict-of-interest right to the forefront by seizing on the sham verdict in Trump’s show trial to raise money.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung had protested Merchan’s financial stake in the case as being a conflict of interest before the judge imposed his lawless gag order.
“Authentic Campaigns, and thus the judge’s daughter, is actively making money from this sham attack against President Trump, rendering Judge Merchan conflicted out,” Cheung declared.
“The judge should do the right thing and immediately recuse himself in order to show the American people that the Democrats have not destroyed our justice system completely … him continuing to be involved in this Crooked Joe Biden-directed Witch Hunt is a complete violation of applicable rules, regulations and ethics,” Cheung concluded.
Ohio Republican Senator J.D. Vance expressed disbelief that a judge whose family profits off anti-Trump advocacy could be allowed to run a trial involving Donald Trump.
“Why was a Judge whose family has gotten rich off of Democrat Party fundraising allowed to preside over this thing in the first place?… We can not just sit on our hands…We have to be willing to fight back…We should be subpoenaing Judge Merchan and his daughter,” Vance declared.
This trial stunk to high heaven from the get-go.
Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg didn’t just invent a novel legal theory to go after Trump.
Bragg invented crimes out of whole cloth by taking legal actions on the part of Trump and spinning them into fake acts of wrongdoing.
And none of this could have been possible if the rogue and conflicted judge in the case actually followed the law and threw this joke of an indictment out.
