Trump Just Came To One Awful Realization About The Supreme Court

Shaping the Supreme Court was supposed to be one of President Trump’s signature legacies.

But Trump learned some bad news.

And that’s because Trump just came to one awful realization about the Supreme Court.

As Swamp Digest reports:

Conservatives have long been frustrated by the fact that in every major case, the liberal justices vote the Democratic Party positions and the swing justices are always the GOP appointees.

Chief Justice John Roberts saved Obamacare by switching his vote to side with the liberals.

Republican Presidents appointed justices like John Paul Stevens and David Souter, who drifted left and became reliable liberal votes.

President Trump gave voice to those frustrations in a Truth Social post where he noted that the liberal justices always stuck together, and it was the so-called “conservative” justices who betrayed their ideology.

“The Democrat Justices stick together like glue, totally loyal to the people and ideology that got them there. They are an immovable force, and there is nothing that can be done to change that. Frankly, I respect that a lot! Certain Republican Appointees let the Democrats push them around, always wanting to be popular, politically correct, or even worse, wanting to show how “independent” they are, with very little loyalty to the man who appointed them or, more importantly, the ideology from which they came to be nominated and confirmed,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Trump aimed at Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch for appearing skeptical in oral arguments to his executive order ending birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens.

In the birthright citizenship case, Trump wrote it was absurd that anyone could think the drafters of that amendment intended to create paper citizens who could exploit birth tourism to remain in America forever and get voting rights.

Trump said he knew he was going to lose the case after attending oral arguments.

“Everyone knows that, as an example, Birthright Citizenship, which is Unconditional and Absent from any other developed or successful Country, is a disaster for the United States of America. No Country can be successful with such an anchor wrapped firmly around its neck, but based on the questioning by Republican Nominated Justices that I watched firsthand in the Court, we lose,” Trump added.

Trump then called out Barrett and Gorsuch for siding with the liberals in striking down his “Liberation Day” tariffs and creating a financial mess for America by ordering refunds.

“As another example, if the Supreme Court put in one sentence stating that any money paid in Tariffs to the United States of America, to this point, does not have to be returned (to many people who hate our Country!), they would have saved American Taxpayers a minimum of 159 Billion Dollars,” Trump continued.

Trump cited his third Supreme Court appointment, Brett Kavanaugh, as authoring a dissenting opinion in the tariff case that Barrett and Gorsuch should have followed.

‘All they had to do was read the Dissent, written by Justice Kavanaugh, it was a close call, it wasn’t a 9-0 decision — What a difference it would have made for our Country. I put certain people on the United States Supreme Court who totally misrepresented who they were, and the true ideology for which they stand! Trump concluded.

The Supreme Court has long frustrated conservatives because so many so-called “conservative justices” get on the court and immediately shift gears to appease the media, Democrats, and D.C. swamp to “preserve” the reputation of the court when the left only determines the “reputation” of the court based on whether the Democrats win key cases.
