Kamala Harris wasn’t expecting this.
Now it’s panic mode on the left.
And all hell broke loose when Kamala Harris saw these awful poll numbers.
Both the Trump campaign and Kamala Harris campaign agree on one thing.
And that’s the fact that Donald Trump is ahead.
Trump’s pollster Tony Fabrizio released a memo following the debate showing that the campaign’s internal polls reflected Trump growing his lead over Kamala Harris in the seven battlegrounds that will ultimately determine the winner of the 2024 election.
Per Tony Fabrizio’s “confidential memo” for the Trump-Vance campaign, Harris numbers “remained flat” and Trump had a pretty good night. pic.twitter.com/P98oZqba1P

The Kamala Harris campaign also leaked their internal polling data to CNN.
Those numbers showed Trump leading Kamala Harris in enough swing states to hit 270 Electoral College votes.
“Pennsylvania looks rough, though very possible, by their internal numbers before the debate. North Carolina, disappointing Democrats every election for the last 15 years, is feeling better to them this time around than Arizona, which Biden narrowly won four years ago. Nevada and Georgia both seem possible, though depending on the poll, can take a lot of squinting. Michigan and Wisconsin are looking like the best of the bunch for Harris, according to the campaign’s internal numbers,” CNN exclusively reported regarding Kamala Harris’ campaign internal polls.
The post-debate public polls at the state level also produced good results for Trump.

Their post-debate survey from North Carolina found Trump holding a three-point lead over Kamala Harris in the Tar Heel state.

Polls from Trafalgar Group and Quantas Polls also showed Trump leading in North Carolina.
North Carolina had been previously seen as the best opportunity for Kamala Harris to flip a pro-Trump state.
But the polls coming out in the aftermath of the debate show Kamala Harris losing ground.
Even her own internal polls had her the underdog to begin with.
Kamala Harris botched her opportunity at the debate because she can’t compose herself enough in unscripted settings to lay out a coherent vision that reassures voters she isn’t some woke San Francisco socialist.
Matthew Continetti of the Washington Free Beacon noted that Kamala Harris actually didn’t answer a single question the moderators asked her.
“For my sins, I read the transcript of the debate after watching it live. Harris didn’t answer a single question the moderators asked her, no matter the subject. Are Americans better off than four years ago? Why did the Biden-Harris administration wait three and a half years to address the border crisis? Why exactly has Harris junked her socialist policies from four years ago? Does she support a single restriction on abortion? OK, Trump asked the last one. The ABC anchors didn’t follow up,” Continetti posted on social media.
Kamala Harris had one job at the debate.
And that was to reassure the voters who don’t like Trump personally – but feel he delivered an economic boom as President – that she was a break from the feeble and infirm Joe Biden.
But Kamala Harris failed that task and all the post-debate polling proves it.
