Polls Continue To Show Haley Lagging Behind Donald Trump

The walls are closing in on Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign.

Haley is challenging Donald Trump on behalf of the RINO establishment.

And Nikki Haley had to read it and weep when she saw these brutal new poll numbers.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Despite Donald Trump scoring decisive wins in becoming the first non-incumbent president on the GOP side to win both Iowa and New Hampshire, Nikki Haley trudged on to the February 24 primary in her home state of South Carolina.

Haley’s Democrat backers want Haley in the race as long as possible in the event Joe Biden’s lawfare succeeds and one of the myriad of legal cases brought by Democrat prosecutors forces Trump out of the race.

But Haley also refuses to acknowledge the electoral math of the situation.

Republicans overwhelmingly want Trump as the nominee and it’s only Democrats propping up Haley’s flagging campaign.

In New Hampshire, Donald Trump blew out Nikki Haley 74 to 25 with registered Republicans.

The race was only 11 points because Haley succeeded in changing the composition of the electorate as half the voters were Democrats and independents.

A new poll from Morning Consult showed Trump thrashing Haley 81-18 nationally with GOP voters.

Fox News Channel’s Bill Hemmer confronted Haley about her lack of support noting that of the 109 counties that voted in Iowa and New Hampshire, Haley only won two of them, one of which was by a single vote.

If that wasn’t bad enough, a new poll from the Tyson Group – which polled for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign – found Haley embarking on a death march in South Carolina.

Tyson’s poll showed Trump leading Haley by 27 points and that Donald Trump’s favorable rating was twice as high as Haley’s.

“Donald Trump remains the party’s standard bearer,” Tyson wrote in the accompanying polling memo.

Trump’s lead over Haley would also put to rest the talking points in the media and among Never Trumpers that Trump struggled to unite the party as moderates and independents also favored Trump over Haley.

“Unlike in New Hampshire, Haley trails Trump with moderate voters by 7%, independents by 15%, and females by 23%,” Tyson added.

There was only one group where Haley led Trump.

And – unsurprisingly – it was Democrats.

“But Democrats can also vote in the primary, though Tyson’s model indicates they’ll only be 10% of the likely electorate,” The Messenger reported about the poll’s results.

“And it’s with Democratic voters that the more moderate Haley has an advantage, besting Trump by 49-5%,” The Messenger also reported.
