Karoline Leavitt Slams RINO Stalling the SAVE Act

The SAVE Act is President Trump’s plan to ensure fair elections.

Patience had run out.

And Karoline Leavitt blew her top over this SAVE Act betrayal.

Maine RINO Susan Collins became the 50th Republican Senator to sign on as a co-sponsor to the SAVE Act.

The SAVE Act requires proof of citizenship to register to vote, mandates voter ID, and eliminates mail-in voting in all cases except for legitimate absenteeism.

Collins’ signing on means Vice President J.D.Vance can theoretically cast the tie-breaking 51st vote to send this legislation to President Trump’s desk.

But Collins also opposes any effort to work around the filibuster, the procedural hurdle that allows the Democrats to block the SAVE Act by requiring 60 votes to pass.

“I oppose eliminating the legislative filibuster,” Collins told reporters. “The filibuster is an important protection for the rights of the minority party, which requires Senators to work together in the best interest of the country. Removing that protection would, for example, allow a future Congress controlled by Democrats to pass provisions on anything they want — DC Statehood, open borders, or packing the Supreme Court — with just a simple majority of Senators.”

Conservatives contend that Collins’ support is fake and designed to ward off a primary challenge from the right, since saying she supports the SAVE Act is meaningless, since she also supports Democrats’ procedural schemes to block the bill from ever coming up for a vote.

Karoline Leavitt is one of those conservatives.

During a White House press briefing, Leavitt went nuclear on Collins and other RINOs like Mitch McConnell for supporting the filibuster and blocking the centerpiece of President Trump’s agenda to secure fair elections.

“President Trump is backing a lot of these senators for reelection, and yet they will NOT get rid of this 60-vote cloture rule, which is holding EVERYTHING up!” Leavitt exclaimed.

Leavitt noted that the first chance Democrats get, they will eliminate the filibuster to ram through amnesty, court packing, and the creation of new blue states.

Republicans, Leavitt argued, are fighting with one hand tied behind their back.

“EVERYONE in this room KNOWS if the Democrats take over, they’ll get rid of that rule in 90 minutes!” Leavitt added.

“DHS closed, and SAVE America Act — BOTH can get solved in 15 MINUTES if Senate Leader Thune got rid of the phony 60-vote cloture rule, and got 51 votes, and that would be the END of it!” Leavitt concluded.
